WHAT TO EXPECT:
* Free 1/2 hour phone consultation with Loanda: let's hear your issues and intentions, and see if it's appropriate for coaching. If so, we'll set up your intake interview session.
* Your coaching session starts with an hour and a half long intake interview, where we talk, fill out some papers together, and do a couple of impromptu actual or verbal, sketches of the roadmap "where it's at right now", " where to go", "the barriers", "the path". We will agree a number of 50 minute sessions, and agree on homework assignments between sessions, or not.
* Session 2 and 3 you will be learning some techniques for working with your mind and body, breathing techniques, mindfulness practices to fit in your unique lifestyle, and a body relaxation technique to allow dream development and restful sleep.
* Session 4 and 5 are assessment sessions with some more papers, and another sketch to reflect current emotions, challenges, and defining moments.
* Session 6 and 7 are planning sessions for future work, rituals, readings, personal journey, for after this set of formal coaching is finished. We may plan some 3 and 6 month phone consultations for refreshers/check in.
FEES: sliding scale, dependent on income $150/intake, $150/week session+ online followup, to $35/intake,week
